Kathy Norgove – Practice Manager

I started my career as a trainee dental nurse in 1979 and gained my certificate of qualification as a dental nurse from The National Examining Board in 1981.

Over the years my career has progressed from Dental Nurse to Practice Manager.

I have a real passion for dentistry and have seen how treatments and options for patients have developed over the years from general dentistry to more specialist dentistry like dental implants.  Patient care is of utmost importance to me and I find it extremely rewarding when patients are happy with the care and service that we provide and recommend us to their friends and families.

I joined The White House Dental Clinic in November 2017 as the Practice Manager. I am feeling excited to be given the opportunity to work alongside Jason and the team.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, not forgetting my two dogs.

Lesley Lison – Receptionist

I joined The Whitehouse Dental Clinic in February 2021 after a number of years working for a large London GP practice.
I bring a wealth of customer service and administrative experience from the private and public sectors. Prior to moving to Kew, I ran a community magazine business in Dorset and have a passion for working with people.

I pride myself on providing excellent customer service at the clinic and a warm welcome to all of our patients.

Away from work, in my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and can invariably be found walking with our dog by the River Thames.

Emma is Jason’s wife. After a career as a senior fashion buyer followed by bringing up their kids, Emma now runs the back office at The Whitehouse Dental Clinic. When not at work, she is often in Richmond Park walking Doogie, the family Scottie.
