Dr Rob Ratcliffe MSc BDS- Periodontist

Rob is our visiting gum specialist (periodontist).  With his expertise in dealing with advanced gum problems combined with is gentle bedside manner, we feel extremely lucky to have such a popular and competant dentist as part of our team. Rob treats our own clients, but also gets a lot of referrals from other local dentists who need his skills  to manage their own patients.

 Ms Sheryl Thedvall RDN

Sheryl is our dedicated practice manager who has been with us since 2005. Combining efficiency with kindness, she is not only responsible for the day-to- day running and management of the practice, she is involved in the implementation and maintenance of all current legislation, systems and protocols. Sheryl’s reassuring and accommodating management style ensures that we offer a streamlined service, which, we believe, is second to none.

Mrs Barbara Burns

Barbara is one of our part-time reception team – our ‘Monday girl’ since the practice began in 1990. A highly valued member of staff whose kind, gentle manner is much appreciated by staff and clients alike.

Ms Hayley Smith

Hayley is our other valued front desk team member from New Zealand. Not only does she manage our front desk efficiently, she is also a highly skilled dental nurse, which enables her to work with our clinicians when required. Whether on the desk, or attending in the treatment rooms, her relaxed and gentle efficiency is always welcome by patient and clinician alike.
